چکیده
In recent years, there has been an increased effort to digitise whole-slide images of cancer tissue. This opened up a range new avenues for the application deep learning in oncology. One such avenue is virtual staining, where model tasked with reproducing appearance stained tissue sections, conditioned on different, often times less expensive, input stain. However, data train models supervised manner and output stains are aligned same sections scarce. this work, we introduce dataset ten clear cell renal carcinoma counterstained Hoechst 33342, CD3, CD8 using multiple immunofluorescence. We also provide set over 600,000 patches size 256 × pixels extracted from these together segmentation masks format amenable training models. It our hope that will be used further development methods digital pathology by serving as comparing benchmarking staining

Downregulation of TMEM40 by miR-138-5p suppresses cell proliferation and mobility in clear cell renal cell carcinoma
Background: Clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) represents approximately 70% of RCC,as the most frequent histological subtype of RCC. MiR-138-5p, a tumor-related microRNA (miRNA), has been reported to be implicated in the diverse types of human malignancies, but its role in ccRCCremains unclear. Objective: The study was designed to investigate the function...
متن کاملEffects of Hoechst 33342 on C2C12 and PC12 cell differentiation.
Accumulative evidence demonstrates that normal as well as cancer stem cells can be identified as a side population following Hoechst 33342 staining and flow cytometric analysis. This popular method is based on the ability of stem cells to efflux this fluorescent vital dye. We demonstrate that Hoechst 33342 can affect cell differentiation, suggesting potential complications in the interpretation...
متن کاملMetastatic Renal cell Carcinoma Presenting as a clear-cell Tumor in Tongue: A Case Report
Introduction: Metastatic lesions of the oral cavity are extremely rare, accounting for approximately 1% of all malignant oral tumors. The most common primary sources of metastatic tumors in the oral region are, from the most to the least common, the breast, lung, kidney, bone, and colon. Renal cell carcinoma accounts for nearly 3% of all adult malignancies. It usually metastasizes to the lungs,...
متن کاملWhole-slide, quadruple immunofluorescence labeling of routinely processed paraffin sections.
Whole-slide images (WSI) have acquired a stable place in diagnostic histopathology and immunohistochemistry. Immunofluorescence (IF) techniques hold a limited and selective role in diagnostics (eg, renal and cutaneous pathology) and so far remain excluded from the digital pathology evolution, with notable exceptions, such as quantitative immunopathology. We explored the ability of a commercial ...
متن کاملa patient with multiple myeloma and renal cell carcinoma
the coexistence of two malignancies is rarely seen. a little association between hematologic malignancies especially multiple myeloma and renal cell carcinoma has been reported in the recent past. several case series revealed a bidirectional association between these two malignancies which may be due to the common risk factors, similar cytokine growth requirements and clinical presentation. her...
